JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504, 354 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons came to the house of the informant, abused and assaulted him and when the protest was made, petitioner no.1, Pramod Singh assaulted the informant with farsa when petitioner no.5, jai Krishna Kumar assaulted the daughter of the informant Pooja Kumari with iron rod and danda. The accused persons also destroyed the house hold article of the informant.

No.24149 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled. The injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 450 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
