The petitioners are in custody since 05.02.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels for the petitioners submits that the alleged recovery of motorcycle is from one Shubham Sahni and not from these petitioners. It is submitted that on the basis of confessional statement before the Police by the said Shubham Sahani, the names of these petitioners have been brought into this case. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there was no recovery from these two petitioners, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24389 of 2016 (2) dt.02-06-2016 P2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 96/2016.
