Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,308,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant had gone to neighbouring village to attend a marriage function, these petitioners and two other unknown accused persons abused and assaulted him with lathi and danda causing injuries. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to political enmity. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
