2. The present modification has been preferred for: "modification of the order dated 24.9.2025 passed in Cr. Misc No. 63786 of 2025 only to the extent for extension of time for furnishing bail bond for further six weeks and likewise sureties before the learned trial court which has already been lapsed on 10.11.25 wherein Your Lordship was pleased to grant four weeks time at the time of allowing the anticipatory bail application by which the Anticipatory Bail was granted to the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9736 of 2026(3) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 Hajipur Excise P.S.Case No. 179 of 2025 by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy."

3. In this case, the Cr. Misc. No. 63786 of 2025 was allowed on 24.09.2025 and now, the present modification petition.

4. The supplementary affidavit has come and it has been recorded that the petitioner was not in jail between 24.09.2025 till 05.02.2026.

5. In that background, the present modification petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

6. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
