JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No. 208 (M) of 2010, the petitioner has been directed to make payment of maintenance amount of Rs. 17,000/- per month apart from payment of Rs. 25,000/- towards litigation cost on the petition of the respondent. Learned counsel further submits that this amount of maintenance is to include the amount of interim maintenance allowed to the respondent in Divorce Case No. 75 of 2011 vide order dated 03.06.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chhapra. Thus, the learned counsel submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has to now challenge the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal
