Having gone through the record, we find that the instant petition was disposed of on 22nd of April, 2022, whereas while typing the judgment, inadvertently, the date of judgment was mentioned as 28.04.2022.

As such, the judgment dated 22.04.2022, passed in the instant petition, is corrected to the extent that the date of judgment, on all the three pages, be read as "22.04.2022" in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2019 of 2022(3) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 place of '28.04.2022'.
