In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.130 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 370, 372 & 373 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he is instrumental in getting the marriage of the victim with a person double in age.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the order passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.17290 of 2016, by which the co-accused-Moti Ram has been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail since 03.03.2016.

No.24208 of 2016 (2) dt.01-06-2016 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.130 of 2016, subject to the conditions that the petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
