2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bahadaur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024, dated 11.05.2024, in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant received a call on his mobile regarding booking his vehicle on rent and Rs. 2,000/- was also transferred on his mobile by online mode and they asked him to come at Bhadaur Kajichak and when he reached there, four unknown persons stole his vehicle forcefully.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is not

No.8204 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 named in the FIR and his name transpired in the present case during the course of investigation on the basis of confessional statements of the co-accused persons namely, Aman Kumar and Kabir Kumar. No looted article or any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Bahadaur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. The application stands allowed.
