In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.56 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the Brahamsthan, from there utensils of daily use were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that large number of persons has been made accused with respect to the daily use materials having no special identification. Looking to the nature of recovery, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
