Patna High Court CWJC No.13128 of 2017(4) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 he has no instruction about the subsequent developments regarding quashing the letter dated 02.12.2016, therefore, he is not in a position to submit any arguments and intends to withdraw the Writ petition.
2. Considering the said fact that the Learned senior counsel has no instruction, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge any subsequent action if at all any cause of action arise, in accordance with law.
