2.This application for regular bail arises out of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 345 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation in the First Information Report that all the named accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the deceased with axe, who succumbed to the injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are ladies and they have been falsely implicated because of the ongoing land dispute between the family members of the petitioners and the agnates. He has submitted that in her further statement before the police, the informant has

Considering the facts and circumstances and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, this application is allowed.
