The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have assaulted informant Awadhesh Kumar, his father and cousin Rakesh. The informant got only two injuries out of which one is found on the parietal region and the same is opined to be grievous in nature as the bone of the parietal region was said to be broken. Petitioner has already remained in jail for five and a half months. Similarly situated co-accused Chandeshwar Rai has already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 33890 of 2015. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that Ganesh and Chandeshwar are alleged to be armed with Pharsa. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014.
