It appears that vide order dated 13.12.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail as the petitioner was ready to solemnize marriage with the victim girl.

Today, both parties are present, before this Court, in person with their respective counsels and they asserted that both have solemnized marriage with each other with their own sweet will. Both are ready to lead their conjugal life.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6440 of 2022(5) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that the matter has been resolved and there is no grievance remained between the parties. Hence, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.12.2022 is hereby confirmed.
