ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/404/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had given a spade blow on the person of the victim boy yet the injuries purported to have been inflicted by him have been found to be simple in nature. There is also no allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is of clean antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
