ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. case No.386 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 347, 379, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 5th, Patna.

Considering that it is only recently that the Petitioner was refused bail, I do not find any reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
