The present writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to establish a Mini Anganbari Centre in Harijan Tola of village Dudher, Ward No. 15 as per scheme of the Bihar Government which provides that where the population of the Scheduled Caste is less than 400 and in between 150 to 400 a Mini Anganbari Centre is to be established on priority basis.

Learned counsel for the petitioner next draws the attention of the Court to Annexure-1 to the writ application i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4124 of 2018 dt.28-03-2023 2/3 letter no. 2005, dated 27.04.2013 to submit that the scheme of the government at para 2 (Gha) specifically mentions that Mini Anganbari Centre will be established where the population of the Scheduled Caste and Maha Dalit is less than 400 and in between 150 to 400. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that a representation has already been submitted to the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme (I.C.D.S.) Directorate, Bihar, Patna by the petitioner on 12.12.2017. It is further submitted that the said letter was sent by post as would be evident from the receipt of the Postal Department.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner be directed to file a fresh representation before the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme for the relief claimed for in the present writ application.

Without going into the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme bringing to his notice the facts as pleaded in the present writ application within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, if any application is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme shall examine the grievance of the petitioner
