The petitioner is in custody in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of B.Sc. Part-II. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused and he is in custody since 19.6.2018, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
