The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.337 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi causing bleeding injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature (Annexure-2 of the bail petition).

Considering the nature of offence, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.337 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
