Although occurrence had taken place in the year 2002 and the petitioner was remanded on 12.4.2015 but it is obvious that first information report was lodged against unknown and in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced in the supervision note of Dy.S.P and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Guthani P.S. Case no. 06/2002.
