Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 1 Lakh in Ram Krishna

Petitioner carries five criminal antecedents other than the present one. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Petitioner has granted regular bail. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-1 (Excise Act); Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 112/2022. Petitioner bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of deposit amount issued by Ram Krishna Mission, Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar-842002.

Since the petitioner is from Muradabad (U.P), the court below is directed to verify the recent address of the petitioner before releasing him and one of the bailor should be blood relative of the petitioner and he shall be released after framing of charge.
