The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Purnima Kumari alleged that she gave programme of orchestra along with her sister. The petitioner was also associated with the work of orchestra but one day petitioner entered into her room and committed rape with her. Later on the petitioner assured her to marry. There is very specific allegation that the petitioner committed rape with her.

Considering the aforesaid fact I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the same is rejected at this stage. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34521 of 2014 (3) dt.15-01-2015 conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly before the trial court.
