This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 225 litre of country made liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. II, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
