Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420/468 and 471 of the IPC. Vide order dated 07.03.2022, petitioner was directed to be released on provisional bail and notice was issued upon the O.P. No.2. Thereafter, twice, notice has been sent to the O.P.
