The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Two persons namely Md. Rafi and the petitioner Naushad Alam were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner only a master key and Rs. 220/- was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015.
