The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406, 419, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The informant is a Sarpanch and she made allegation that the petitioner forcibly got her signature on a cheque and withdrew the same.

It is submitted that informant herself is living with another person and she left the house of the petitioner and she has got illicit relationship with one of the Panches. The petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36195 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Bandheya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015.
