The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No.2, vide order dated 01.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 47392 of 2014 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014, pending before the learned SJDM, (East), Muzaffarpur. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 that Opposite Party No.2 and other co-accused have already been acquitted vide judgement dated 04.01.2017, passed by the learned SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur, in Sessions Trial No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13951 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 2030 of 2016, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014. Considering the fact that since Opposite Party No.2 has already been acquitted, the present application has now become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
