This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the amount of recovery, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021.
