Modification petition has been filed in Cr. Misc. No.73636 of 2019 whereby the petitioner has been granted bail directing the petitioner to surrender before the court below within six weeks subject to after deposit of Rs.10,000/- at District Legal Service Authority, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners belong to labour groups and are not in a position to collect Rs.10,000/- to deposit at District Legal Service Authority, Patna. Now he is ready to deposit Rs.10,000/- to the District Legal Service Authority, Patna.
