The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Motihari Nagar P.S. Case No. 818 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.
