ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 By order dated 20.1.2015 the Petitioner was granted bail, but due to inadvertence Condition No.2 had been imposed since it was stated in Paragraph 3 that the Petitioner is an accused in one other case.

Let the order dated 20.1.2015 is modified to the extent that Condition No.2 that "the affidavit shall clearly state that the petitioner is not an accused in any other case and if he is he shall not be released on bail" be ignored.

Let this order be e-mailed to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Bahadurganj P.S. case No.42 of 2014.
