JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, when the payment was made petitioner was not posted in the concerned post office rather he had already been transferred from there.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 71 of 2013.
