JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jalalgarh P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 384, 385, 386, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(c) of Indian Forest Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he came along with several other accused persons by tractor try to plough the land of the informant and cut 54 Ziyal trees. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no materials to show the allegation of demand of Rangdari. Even there is no recovery of 53 Ziyal trees and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Having heard both sides, considering the above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4456 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Jalalgarh P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019.
