The petitioners seek bail in Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 155/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 436 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of CLA Act. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioners are in jail since 10.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 155/2014.
