ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. Considering that the deceased was found murdered within the premises of the Petitioner which was locked from inside of which the Petitioner has no explanation, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
