Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 A of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she eloped from her home and went to Surat where she met the petitioner and stayed with the petitioner for near about three months and after that she along with petitioner came to home and subsequently, she as well as petitioner were caught by the police.
