Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. Petitioner no. 1 is the Mukhiya of the Panchayat and petitioner no. 2 is a teacher of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 545 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
