This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26024 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, this modification application is allowed. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below for furnishing bail bond in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 401 of 2020, Special Case No. 4465 of 2020, by order dated 03.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26024 of 2021 is hereby extended by further four weeks from today.
