Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place 6 years ago and after marriage, she was residing along with her husband at Delhi.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased was residing at Delhi along with her husband whereas; petitioner resides at his natal place. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
