The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged a case of robbery of his motorcycle, purse and mobile against unknown persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34727 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The police also recorded the confession of the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused Chandan Kumar Yadav. Considering the facts that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the petitioners are not put on Test Identification Parade, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014.
