JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition for correction and modification of the order dated 15.01.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.75459 of 2018 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.47 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.599 of 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the name of the district Bhagalpur has wrongly been typed in the petition in place of Gopalganj. Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid, petitioner is permitted to make correction in the bail petition. Accordingly, the order dated 15.01.2019 stands corrected.

The office is directed to make correction in the district of the petitioner. The modification petition is accordingly

The time of surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks from today.
