This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.334 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.964 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.

One country made pistol and two cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is accused in six more criminal cases, out of which, three cases are of murder. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2022.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The District Judge, Patna is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
