JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-489(B) 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-15(i_)(a)(iiie) read with Sections-16/17 of U.A.(P) Act. 100 counterfeit notes of Rs 500/- denomination were recovered from possession of each petitioners. Although learned counsel, appearing for petitioners tried to convince me about the innocence of the petitioners but I am not at all convinced with submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with A.T.S. (Bihar) P.S. Case No. 01 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24873 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 2016 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
