The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied section of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Bikarma Ram assaulted the father of the informant with iron rod on his head. The petitioner Santosh Ram and Sheoji Ram are alleged to have assaulted the younger brother of the informant with iron rod who has got two injuries. One is simple in nature and another injury found on the head, the doctor has opined fracture of frontal bone and found the injury grievous. It appears that there is no repetition of blow and only one injury found to be grievous and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for seven months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34778 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case no. 95 of 2014.
