JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he took huge amount for providing Visa to informant's son. It appears from perusal of the first information report as well as materials available on the record that Visa was provided by the petitioner to informant's son.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant's son took Visa and went abroad but when he did not like the work, he returned back from abroad and thereafter, informant started pressurizing the petitioner to return the amount which was denied by the petitioner resulting institution of the present case.

No.34840 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
