2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that on 25.03.2024, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners unlawfully entered into the premises of the informant and began demolishing the concrete staircase of his house, abused and assaulted them. Ravi Kumar (the petitioner) went inside the house, brought a country-made pistol and struck the butt of the pistol on the head of the informant, causing serious head injury and took away Rs. 5,000/- from his pocket. He also assaulted Sanjeet Kumar with a stick making him unconscious.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and the petitioner has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the fact the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 58 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
