The Petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 341, 326, 307, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.

Considering that there is allegation against the Petitioner of having given Chura blow on the abdomen of the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
