2. Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 17598 of 2025 but the petitioner is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that while rejecting his bail application, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the stipulated period has completed.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7358 of 2026(2) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ 2nd Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 327 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
