On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and in the light of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application filed in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 184 of 2010 is dismissed as not maintainable.
