Heard both sides.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 304, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that he married his daughter with Vikash Kumar son of petitioner no. 2 on 06.03.2012. On 16.07.2013, Gyani Singh informed him that his daughter committed suicide. The informant went there but did not find the dead body of his daughter.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37061 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 dead body was concealed and many witnesses saw the petitioners and others carrying the dead body towards Gandak river. The petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 17.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in Maker P.S. Case No. 53 of 2013.
