JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-inclusion of her name in the list of successful persons who have been granted license for Public Distribution Shops in Panchayat Chakhamid in the district of Begusarai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to pursue the representation preferred by her before the District Magistrate, Begusarai.
